Hi! I'm Rustam Kungurov, a cake designer, chef and co-owner of "Tortik Annushka" cake studio
12 years ago, when we started making cakes in our small kitchen, we didn't expect to grow into the leading pastry shop.

We will teach you how to make marble effect on chocolate and how to make simple decorations out of isomalt. You will also learn that fondant can be relevant:"Marble", "Ruffle", "Plate" and "Bubble" techniques are still one of our most requested designs. And of course, impressive technique "Pears"
We will show the most efficient way of making a multi-tiered cake. How to assemble it and how to make sure that all the tiers will stay in place.
We will show you how to work with jelly and how to create designs in the «Jelly cake" style.
